Join us in celebrating the 70th anniversary of the 28th Wallasey Scout Group! This is truly a milestone year for the scout group, and as such, we are hosting a series of events to mark the occasion.
- Wallasey Yacht Club – Pie and a pint – Friday 4th of July 2025 from 7.00pm at the Wallasey Yacht Club in Hope Street.
- 28th Wallasey Scout HQ – Main celebration & barbecue – Saturday the 5th July 2025 from 2.00pm till 5.00pm at Scout HQ in St George’s Road
The main event aims to bring together alumni members with current explorers, scouts, cubs, beavers, and families for a day filled with engaging displays, fun activities, including a chance to try out archery, and a delicious barbecue. There will also be a special unveiling of the Paul Lloyd Tribute.
So, whether you are a current member, a connected family member, or an alumnus, this event will be a fantastic opportunity to celebrate our rich history and explore our bright future, while reconnecting with old friends and making new ones.
